What this is
A curated public-record ledger of Donald J. Trump — the most outlandish-but-true lies, felonies, quotes, acts of revenge, Epstein connections, financial defaults, self-enrichment, attacks on science, and lives ruined. Curated, not comprehensive.
How an entry gets here
Every day, an automated pipeline reads about 15 reputable news outlets — AP, Reuters, NYT, Washington Post, BBC, NPR, CNN, PBS NewsHour, The Atlantic, Mother Jones, ProPublica, and others — pulling any new Trump-related article. Each candidate is then evaluated against three criteria:
- Heavily fits one of the 9 categories. Borderline fits get cut.
- Passes the ridiculousness test. Procedural items don't qualify, no matter how true. The bar is whether a reader scrolling the ledger would have a physical reaction.
- Is factually supported. Each entry is rated true (verified, multi-sourced), contested (disputed but documented), alleged (claim not yet proven), or opinion (a column or analysis piece).
Same-event stories from different outlets are then collapsed into a single representative entry — the spiciest version, citing the most authoritative source. A second editorial pass narrows the day's candidates down to the top 6 to 10 entries, spreading across categories where possible without ever padding with weak picks.
Final review
Every entry is reviewed by a human before publishing. Headlines and synopses are checked, categories corrected if needed, weak picks dropped, and spelling and grammar get a last pass.

The ledger itself. Each card is one entry, color-coded by category and tagged with its trueness rating. Click the source link on any card to read the original reporting. All entries cite reputable outlets — no partisan blogs, no anonymous social-media posts without corroboration.
